Who we are?
Espai Gironès is located in an urban expansion area of the town of Salt, bordering Girona, with a facade adjacent to the AP-7 motorway that connects France and Barcelona. It is the first center of its kind built in the province. Its unique location allows to generate a zone of influence with 400,000 inhabitants and an influx of more than 12 million visitors a year.
It has 46,000 square meters of gross lettable area, on two floors where have representation of leading operators like Cinebox, Caprabo, Zara, Miró, Drim, H & M, Oysho, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull & Bear and Springfield, among other.
Espai Gironès shopping center has 2,500 free parking spaces.
